How Every Cleaning Program Starts
Most facility managers have seen the same pattern. The first month of a new cleaning contract goes well. By month three, the crew changes. The supervisor stops showing up. The account manager is hard to reach. The contract makes it expensive to leave.
Cleaning Process
Allcare’s onboarding process is built around the person who has been through that before.
It begins with a walkthrough: not a phone quote. We walk the facility with you, area by area: washrooms, common areas, back-of-house, production or lab areas if applicable. We document what needs to happen in each space and how often. Nothing is assumed.
After the walkthrough, you receive a written program: tasks by area, frequency by task, crew assignments, account manager contact. You know what to expect before any agreement is signed.
Month-to-month arrangements are available. Our client retention rate speaks for itself: the reason clients stay is not a contract clause.

Consistent Crew Assignments
The same supervisor manages your account. The same core crew returns each shift. If a change is necessary, your account manager contacts you before it happens.
Trained, Vetted, and Verified
Every Allcare employee completes a criminal record check prior to their first shift. WHMIS training is mandatory for all crew members. Bloodborne pathogen training is applied for facilities with healthcare or clinical components.
Bill 190 Compliance
Allcare has been compliant with Ontario’s Working for Workers Five Act (Bill 190) since January 2026. Washroom facilities and rest area access meet the requirements for commercial cleaning contractors operating in the province by signing your log sheets.
HEPA Filtration on Every Vacuum
Standard vacuums recirculate fine particles. All Allcare vacuums run HEPA filtration rated at 99.97% efficiency down to 0.3 microns. Required for allergen-sensitive workspaces, applicable in any environment where air quality is a priority.
Colour-Coded Microfibre Systems
Red for glass. Blue for general surfaces/disinfectant. Green for washrooms. This is a cross-contamination control, not a marketing feature. It matters in pharmaceutical suites, medical offices, and distribution environments where surface-to-surface transfer carries real risk
Certificates of Insurance on Request
General liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage are in place. Certificates of Insurance with Additional Insured endorsements and Waiver of Subrogation are issued on request. Standard turnaround is one business day.
Certified Green Commercial Cleaning
Allcare operates one of the most thoroughly documented green cleaning programs in the GTA. Every product in the program carries verified third-party certification: EcoLogo Certified products and services are verified for reduced environmental and health impact, and Green Seal GS-37: through the Rochester Midland Canada Enviro Care line.
This is not a label applied to a cleaning product because it contains a plant-based ingredient. EcoLogo and Green Seal certification require independent testing against published health and environmental performance benchmarks. The products either meet those benchmarks or they do not.

The Toronto and Region Conservation Authority operates one of a small number of LEED Platinum-certified office facilities in the GTA. Allcare holds the cleaning contract. Every product introduced to the building passes green certification review, and our service documentation supports the client’s ongoing LEED reporting requirements.

Seven Years of Partnership
Implus Canada has worked with Allcare for seven years. Their program requires Rochester Midland Canada Enviro Care products throughout. Allcare maintains that standard on every visit. Seven years without having to think about it is what a properly implemented green program delivers.

- Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Allcare offers month-to-month agreements for clients who prefer flexibility. Multi-year terms are available and include locked-in pricing, but they are not a requirement to start service.
- Will the same crew clean our facility each time?
Yes. Allcare assigns a dedicated supervisor and core crew to each account. Shift-by-shift staffing rotation is not how we run accounts. If a personnel change is necessary, your account manager communicates it in advance.
- Can you handle multiple locations under one agreement?
Yes. Allcare manages multi-site portfolios under a single account manager. All locations operate to the same service standard. Billing is consolidated. Call us to discuss portfolio pricing.
- Do you clean pharmaceutical or GMP environments?
Yes. Allcare has served pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities in the GTA for over 15 years. Our crews are trained in chemical management documentation, cross-contamination controls, and the compliance requirements specific to these environments. Note: HACCP protocols are specific to food manufacturing and distribution clients and are separate from pharmaceutical and lab standards.
- How quickly can we get started?
Following a walkthrough and scope confirmation, most accounts begin within five to ten business days, but can start the next day if needed. Post-construction and transitional starts can often be arranged faster: call to discuss your timeline.
