Frequency is set around your operation. Daily, three times per week, weekly, or a custom rotation. Allcare runs 7 days per week, 365 days per year, up to 20 hours per day. If your facility operates evenings and weekends, cleaning schedules shift to match.
A GTA mall-based commercial tenant needed janitorial service three times per week, with the crew required to exit the building before the mall’s evening access cutoff. Allcare scheduled the crew to meet those parameters and built in adjustments for holiday hours when the mall operates on a reduced schedule. The account has run on that schedule without interruption.
Cleaning Equipment
The Equipment and Products Allcare Uses
Allcare uses Rochester Midland Canada’s Enviro Care line. These are EcoLogo and Green Seal certified formulas: plant-based concentrates that meet Canadian environmental standards. The program has been in place for over 20 years.
Colour-coded microfibre cloths separate zones. Restroom cloths do not go near kitchen surfaces. Cross-contamination protocols are built into crew training, not treated as optional.
HEPA backpack vacuums and upright vacuums are standard on janitorial accounts. They capture fine particulates rather than redistributing them. For facilities with allergy-sensitive occupants, or where air quality is a building standard, this matters.

Allcare assigns a dedicated supervisor and a consistent crew to each account. Your team learns the layout of your facility, your security requirements, and your specific standards. They are not rotated out arbitrarily.
Every account also has a named account manager. If something is not right, you reach a specific person. Owners Chris and Corinne visit facilities directly. That level of oversight is not available from large national franchise operators.
A Mississauga facility manager was evaluating a switch from their existing cleaning company and wanted to meet the crew in person before signing.
