Over 33 years, our 40-plus crews have maintained more than 300 buildings totalling 1.6 million square feet every month. - Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Facilities:
GMP-compliant cleaning for pharmaceutical manufacturers, R&D labs, and quality-controlled production environments. Crew trained in GMP protocols, WHMIS, and bloodborne pathogen (BBP) procedures.
Taro Pharmaceuticals in Brampton has been an Allcare client for more than 13 years. Daily scope covers both office areas and pharmaceutical plant floors, seven days a week. The engagement has continued through operational changes including additional cleaning during the COVID-19 period.

A GTA church that shares its building with a private Catholic school needed a single cleaning program covering both uses. Donation funding made the budget a hard constraint. Allcare built a tailored schedule covering school classrooms, shared hallways, administration offices, washrooms, and sanctuary spaces, working within the budget while maintaining standards across every part of the building.

- Car Dealerships and Automotive Facilities:
Showroom tile and glass maintenance, customer service areas, waiting rooms, sales floors, and service bays. Daily presentation standards for GTA automotive retailers.
An Allcare client was a GTA car dealership that changed ownership. The previous owners had the facility serviced twice a week at minimal scope. When the new owners took over, Allcare met with their management team, toured the facility, and built a new cleaning schedule. An initial weekend deep clean ran with multiple crews covering all floors, windows, the drive-thru area, and shop areas. The dealership now runs on a five-day-a-week program, with Allcare managing and supplying all consumables.

- Educational Facilities:
School and daycare cleaning using child-safe, non-toxic Rochester Midland Enviro Care products. Scheduling is arranged around class hours so students are never present during cleaning.
A private post-secondary training institution in the GTA recently moved into a new 11,000-square-foot facility. Most of its students attend fully online, but the building still requires and receives a full professional cleaning program. Allcare built the schedule around the facility’s occupancy patterns and operational needs.
- Gyms and Fitness Centres:
Equipment sanitisation, locker room cleaning, and eco-friendly odour elimination for commercial fitness facilities. Scheduling around peak training hours.
A Vaughan facility with a gym and basketball court requires daily cleaning and disinfection. Allcare’s scope covers gym equipment sanitization, basketball floor sweeping, and mirror cleaning. Because the building is staffed and in use throughout the day, the cleaning schedule is built around continuous occupancy.
