For a facility manager evaluating a commercial cleaning company, a service description tells you what a company claims to do. A case study tells you what actually happened, with a named client who is willing to say so publicly.
The accounts below represent clients who have agreed to be named and who have documented their experience in public reviews or direct correspondence. Each engagement is a different type of facility, a different service scope, and a different reason for choosing Allcare. What is consistent across all three is that the client was willing to put their name on the record.

Toronto and Region Conservation Authority: Green Cleaning for a LEED Platinum Facility

- Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA)
- Restoration Services Centre, Ontario's first LEED Platinum certified building (Canada Green Building Council, 2008)
- Commercial green cleaning program
- D: Named with consent; published case study on allcareservices.ca
The Challenge
The TRCA Restoration Services Centre was not an ordinary commercial facility. As Ontario’s first LEED Platinum certified building, it was purpose-built to operate with minimal environmental impact: composting toilets, waterless urinals, solar panels, and 95 per cent less indoor water use than a standard building. Any cleaning program had to uphold those credentials, not undermine them.
TRCA needed a cleaning partner whose products, processes, and documentation could be verified against LEED standards. A cleaning company using conventional chemicals or unverified processes would risk the building’s sustainability performance. That requirement narrowed the field considerably.

The Challenge
Allcare was selected through a competitive tender process. The green cleaning program was among the key reasons: the Rochester Midland Canada Enviro Care product line is EcoLogo and Green Seal certified, with concentrated plant-based formulas mixed on-site to reduce packaging waste. Colour-coded microfibre systems prevented cross-contamination between zones. HEPA filtration equipment captured fine particulates well above what standard vacuuming handles.
The Outcome
According to Lorne Mlotek of LeadingLEED, a green building consultant who worked with the TRCA Restoration Services Centre, the Allcare green cleaning program earned TRCA a LEED Innovation in Design credit. Innovation in Design is one of the most distinctive LEED point categories because it requires a practice that is genuinely above and beyond standard green building performance. TRCA’s LEED Platinum status was maintained throughout the Allcare engagement.
What this means for prospective clients:
If your organization has LEED commitments, sustainability reporting requirements, or ESG procurement criteria, Allcare’s cleaning program can be documented and structured to support those requirements. This is a deliverable Allcare has provided to a verified institutional client, not a marketing claim.
Implus Canada: Seven Years of Eco-Certified Commercial Cleaning

- Commercial office, Greater Toronto Area
- Ongoing commercial cleaning with eco-certified products
- D: Named in public Google review
The Challenge
Implus Canada needed a commercial cleaning partner that could meet both their service standards and their environmental requirements. For organizations with sustainability commitments or ESG procurement criteria, “eco-friendly” as a marketing claim is not sufficient. The cleaning products, certifications, and practices need tobe verifiable.
They also needed a company that could respond quickly when scheduling changed: accommodating last-minute requests without requiring a separate service call or additional fees.

The Allcare Program
Allcare has provided ongoing commercial cleaning to Implus Canada for seven years. The program is built on the Rochester Midland Enviro Care product line: the same named, EcoLogo and Green Seal certified system used across all Allcare accounts. The eco-credentials are documented and not specific to this client. Scheduling flexibility, including last-minute additions, is handled through the account manager relationship.
The Outcome
Rachelle Shea of Implus Canada reviewed Allcare publicly on Google:
“Implus Canada has been using Allcare’s services for 7 years and we are very happy with the services. From the eco-friendly and sustainable products they use, to the great customer service and ability to accommodate any last minute one-time cleaning requests. I would recommend their services!”
What this means for prospective clients:
Seven years with the same cleaning company in a market full of options is not typical. The specific mention of eco-friendly products as a reason for continued engagement confirms that the certification is verifiable to clients, not just claimed in marketing materials.
AA Group of Companies: A Named Corporate Endorsement

- Corporate office, Greater Toronto Area
- Commercial office cleaning
- D: Named with consent; public Google review
The Challenge
AA Group of Companies needed a commercial cleaning partner whose crew would take genuine ownership of maintaining the office premises to a professional standard. The requirement was straightforward: a consistent team that treats the facility as their responsibility, not a contractor cycling through accounts with declining attention over time.

The Allcare Program
Allcare provided commercial office cleaning to AA Group of Companies under its standard operations model. The program covered scheduled janitorial service with assigned crew, supervisor accountability, and a direct account manager relationship. The same people serviced the account on the same schedule, with management accessible when anything needed attention between visits.
The Outcome
“The cleaning team is making all-out efforts to keep the office premises neat & clean.”

What this means for prospective clients:
“Making all-out efforts” is not the language a client uses to describe a contractor they are tolerating. It is the language of a crew that has taken ownership of the result. For facility managers who have experienced cleaning companies that start well and gradually lose interest, a named corporate client publicly endorsing the team’s commitment level at the crew level, not just management level, says something specific about how Allcare’s operations model actually works.
About These Case Studies
All three clients above agreed to be named and are referenced in public reviews or direct correspondence that remains accessible. None of these accounts was solicited for this page: the testimonials were published independently and are reproduced here with attribution.
Allcare works with additional clients who prefer anonymity for competitive or privacy reasons. Case studies for those engagements follow the same format but identify clients by facility type, industry, and location rather than by name.
